3200 Phaethon is the asteroid whose dust becomes the Geminid meteor shower every December. PHAETHON is a plum sphere of concrete and lava rock set in a raw amethyst geode, with a string of hearts falling from it like that dust trail.
Each sphere takes several weeks to make by hand in Berlin. Some of the plants in this collection have been growing for three to five years.
