RETURN

All of our spheres are made to order so you are entitled to the right to cancel within 24 hours after placing an order. 

You are entitled to return any products within 14 days after receiving a package but are responsible for all associated shipping charges, taxes, and fees. The product can not be damaged or have any marks of usage. They must be sent back in the original packaging.

Important: Any custom made orders or specific alterations from standard design are not refundable.

In the event that upon delivery the customer refuses the package, the cost of initial shipment as well any costs accrued in the returning of said package will be the responsibility of the customer. Once the package has arrived back to us only then shall a refund be issued for the remaining amount. In the even the cost of return shipment is greater than the initial sale no refund will be issued.

To return a product:

1. Send us an email to hello@dirtyrootsberlin.com with your order number and name of the item you want to return.

   Attach photos of the product you would like to return. The product cannot have any marks of usage or be damaged.

2. After you sent us an email, you will receive an email, informing you where to return the package.

3. Pack the product in the original packaging, making sure it’s protected from a damage in transportation.

4. Ship the package. We do not cover the shipping cost. You are responsible for all associated shipping charges, taxes, and fees.

   We recommend you use a delivery method with tracking.

5. Once we receive a package and examine the product, we will issue a refund within 14 business days.
