The International Rose Test Garden in Washington Park is one of Portland’s most famous attractions, featuring over 10,000 rose bushes of more than 650 varieties. Established in 1917, it serves as a testing ground for new rose hybrids and is known for its stunning blooms that peak in late spring to early summer. The garden offers spectacular views of downtown Portland and Mount Hood. It's a popular spot for photography, weddings, and leisurely strolls among the fragrant flowers.
